1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Thrini (the "Service"), including our mobile application and website at thrini.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Thrini provides an AI-powered adaptive fitness and nutrition coaching platform. The Service includes:

• Personalised fitness and nutrition plan generation
• Daily check-in and behavioural tracking tools
• Adaptive coaching recommendations based on your data
• Progress tracking and trend analysis
• Optional wearable and health app integrations

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Thrini. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using health and fitness features.

5. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Thrini reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service
• Submit false or misleading health data
• Use the Service in a way that could harm yourself or others

7. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of Thrini require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including UK consumer rights legislation). You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Thrini Service — including AI-generated plans, software, design, and branding — are owned by Thrini and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. User content

By submitting content to Thrini (check-in responses, workout logs, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to provide and improve the Service. We will never sell your individual data. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve our AI systems.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
